    Bak Hsing Strikes!

Here's a very short clip on 2 person training. We're working on timing and reaction.

So Nice man, you and Trev looked great. I loved the Money shot from Sisook at the end, looked like it hurt?
Sifu Barry actaully invited me out to Edmonton to see him last email I got from him, now I know I have to stop thru before I leave for China!

Something great to wake up to

Cool clip, wish it was longer...the music with black and white graphics reminds me of Sin City.

... a long arm circular movement that controls the opponent's arm and whips it down, back, and around followed by an attack after the arm returns to point "A". It is in our Sup Ji Kuen. It is an advanced kiu sao technique, and I call it a double poon kiu.
