    Premise
Multiple Universes (125) exist in this Sci-Fi / Martial Arts film and an agency known as Multiverse has been created to monitor illegal travels from one universe to the other. Jet will play Yulaw, a Multiverse agent turned from good to bad because of his lust for power, and Gabe, an LAPD cop, who was having a normal life of his own. Apparently, in the movie killing your "own self" in the other universes will make you and your "other selves in the other universes" stronger. This will lead to Yulaw trying to kill each and every of "his own self", and ending with him fighting Gabe (who will be as strong as him as powers are divided among them) to become The One. Reports say that we'll be seeing Jet vs Jet fight scenes in this movie.

I can't wait for this one!

    Update:

    New bits revealed:
    - Film Budget is reportedly at $60-70 Million, which is around 75% more than Glen Morgan and James Wong's Final Destination.
    - The final fight scene will take place in a cool powerplant called the Magnodyne.
    - The FX team for the film has developed a face replacement technique to put Jet's face on his stunt double, apparently to sell better the idea of Jet fighting himself in the movie.
    - There will be two main style of martial arts used in the movie to differentiate Yulaw (bad Jet) from Gabe (good Jet). The first is called Bagwa. In this particular style, Jet fights in a circle which fits the good Jet Li very much. The second style is called Shin Yi. This particular style incorporates a straight line. The bad Jet believes that fastest distance between two points is a straight line, which is very aggressive.
    - Well, we all know the 2 remaining characters become so powerful in the film. So fight scenes (at least the final scene) will be an out-of-this-world fight scene, so don't be expecting much realism on the fight scenes from this sci-fi flick. Apparently, Gabe and Yulaw can both run at 60 miles per hour, jump very high, etc. This will bring about some very cool albeit unrealistic fight scenes in the film.

what's Jet Li talking about on his site?

If you go on the official jet li site, there is a quicktime clip of him talking about fighting. in the caption it says "on the set of The One". He talks a lot about fighting and morality.
Throughout the clip he also talks about portraying a "monk in New York".
the clip is titled "Action with no Action" on the site.
