    Best Kettle Bell Resource Question?

Hey- what's the best resource for learning new Kettle Bell exercises and challenges? I don't want to have to dig through a lot of resources- so what's a good one stop website, book, or dvd? My end goal is to be a stronger Mixed Martial Artist and Judoka.

This is where I got my first exercises http://www.bodybuilding.com.

Mahler's a pretty good guy to follow and i think he's the author of the stuff on bodybuilding.com
Another option is Crossfit - where kettlebells are just one tool in a large arsenal of high intensity training that'll build your strength, explosiveness, and endurance.
What would happen if a year-old baby fell from a fourth-floor window onto the head of a burly truck driver, standing on the sidewalk?
It's practically certain that the truckman would be knocked unconscious. He might die of brain concussion or a broken neck.
Even an innocent little baby can become a dangerous missile WHEN ITS BODY-WEIGHT IS SET INTO FAST MOTION.

Tsatsouline's Enter the Kettlebell is great for a beginner and experienced trainee alike. The DVD is good. Though expensive, there are links in the internets.

Steve Maxwell's is more for conditioning, for say grappling specific I'd say, but is great stuff as well.

For forums there is Dragondoor.com...lots of stuff there but those two authors I mentioned have great stuff.
