    Day one: Inner Transformational Work: In the studies of Zen, both Tibetan & Chinese medicine, the speed, rhythm and other qualities of one’s breathing pattern can diagnose both physical and emotional conditions of one’s past, present and future. Living in a time of fast rhythm, mastering the breathing becomes the key of mastering the overall well-being. Step by step techniques of daily breathing awareness with core movements from both Chinese & Tibetan traditions will be taught according to 5 different personality types in various sitting, standing & moving positions. Experience the ancient art of Self-discovery & Transformation, attaining clarity & harmony of body, energy and consciousness.
    Part a: 9:30-12:30 AM Part b: 2:30-5:00PM

    Day Two: Embracing the heart and Enlightening the Mind: The Depth of Integrated Meditation: During the age of turmoil, balancing the intutitive and the intellect, living with both courage and wisdom becomes the core of healthy and enlightened living-THE path that each individual is called upon to walk and complete within the limited life span, the path of uniting the heart and the mind. In this practical, guided workshop, Ping be teaching the combination of step-by-step traditional Eastern meditation combining with applicational principles of transpersonal psychology and hypnosis. Discussion between Sufi, Zen, Tibetan, Yogic and Taoist paths will be followed. All levels are welcome and a pillow and blanket is needed for sitting and floor meditation.     About Ping Zhen Cheng . Ping is the founder of "Enlightened Transformational Arts" and "Enlightened Martial Studies", a curriculum provider and eastern spirituality advisor to over 30 meditation and martial arts centers world wide.
    graduated from Bejing Chinese National Qigong Science Institute in 1992 with nearly two decades of experiences treating patients with various Eastern & Western Healing arts. In addition, as a life time practitioner of both Zen & Tibetan Buddhism, he brings eastern spirituality and meditation systems to many schools in the US, China and Taiwan. Ping has authored numerous magazine articles on topics ranging from the Internal Martial arts to meditation including the “Inner Mechanics of Sun Style Internal Arts” book and DVD series.
    A coach of national & international Kung Fu champions, before 2003, he served as the director of Physical Arts Dept. at the New York College of Health Professions, Graduate School of Oriental Medicine, Syosett, NY lectured Chinese Medicine, Qigong, and a Medical Tai Chi curriculum based on Oriental Medicine principles which was formulated in the US for the first time.
    Since 2000, he has been shifting his focus from martial arts toward teaching transpersonal & spirituality work based on both Chinese & Tibetan Buddhism meditation systems in both US and Asia, including Shambala International, the famous Xiyuan Buddhism College of Suzhou, China-a cradle for modern Chinese Buddhism Renaissance after the Cultural Revolution, sharing his limited knowledge from the unlimited source, offering his finite being into THE infinite work that is needed at bridging the harmony between East & West, maybe the greatest need for the future of humanity in the 2000’s.
