The Kua is the the good term ...the pelvis ,the hip the waist and so on walk the circle in low kua
Kwa or gwa is more a back fist ....u know a kind of back fist in CMA
But thats ok ....before the kua or kwa .....the breathing ...the breath my friend
relax no tension ....ur kwa is free ...
the three internal harmony are very important ....the yi (intention) give the chi (energy) to the li ( muscular action) or the mouvement...thats why you need to ttrain ur body without tension to have the coordination the three external harmonies..shoulder ,hips and feet
train physical attribute .....flexibility ,power ,endurance....with yoga ,weight training and running whatever ....but do it with no tension no stress...dont forget to breath....
