    Red Leaves (x-EF) and libel

libel is defined by Miriam Webster online as:
a written or oral defamatory statement or representation that conveys an unjustly unfavorable impression b (1): a statement or representation published without just cause and tending to expose another to public contempt (2): defamation of a person by written or representational means

Apparently Brian Phillips (you all remember him) has been libeling me and my business in his signature on his forum. Because he and his tiny world are beneath me beyond a source of amusement, I will offer him an opportunity to remove it before I take legal action. I'm not interested in an apology, from the likes of him it is worthless. But the offending material has been copied and it's origin noted. You have 48 hours, poco. Talk to your lawyer before you respond.
