OK someone brought up Westerns ;)

Badger I belive? Hehe, excellent picks brother. But I have to say, how could u miss young guns?! Those movies are classic!

Plus, I would take Tombstone and bump that baby up to number 1 IMHO.

Val Kilmer played such a great, and totally bad ass mofo of a Doc Holiday, that I fell in love with the character. I loved the fact that he was basically dieing, but was still the baddest mofo around. Not to mention his witty comments! Even when he talks about the only girl he ever loved on his deathbed, so sad, but so great.

Bad guy with giant knife comming at Doc: "Your probally so drunk, your seeing two of me."
Doc Pulls out another gun: "I got two guns, one for each of ya."

    "Im your huckleberry"
"I guess the weight was too much for him to bear."

I really liked Wyatt Earp with Costner, good movie. I still liked Doc in that movie, but as far as Holiday goes, Kilmer was the best I think i'll ever see =)

Shane!...You could even take the story out of the "western" context and it still would be a great movie!

I'm sorry dudes, Kilmer's good and all but Quaid's portrayal of Doc Holiday rules! Totally superior acting, more believable, better accent, physicality, and one-liners.

Watch Tombstone, then rent Wyatt Earp. See if you can get your hands on the Expanded Edition (Director's Cut).

It's all about the good, the bad, and the ugly.

Also The Searchers, and The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance and Shane are my favorites.

    Young guns was cool!

Western TV shows were cool too.I used to love to watch the Rifleman. It was like the same episode every week though:Lucas McCain goes in to town to get some feed.Meanwhile the sheriff gets the crap kicked out of him by the badguys.Lucas kills the badguys.Mark(The Rifleman's Son)comes running up to him "Pa" "Pa". It's just funny to me ,every time he went to town he shot 2 or 3 people.

More good the bad and the ugly quotes.

"There are two kinds of men in the world my friend, men with ropes around their necks, and the men that have the job of doing the cutting."

"There are two kinds of men in the world, Tuco. Those with loaded guns, and those who dig. You dig."
