    Consecutive Step Yunnan Boxing

    Does anyone practice it?

And how does it differ from conventional Long Fist?

Conseuive step Yunnan Boxing was/is a training method for xing-i, independant and complementary to the latter! I no longer practice it (fogotten it) but I do hear much about it today. I am not aware that it is/was a Changquan system/method.

Thanks mawali. I guess I was confusing the name "Lien Bu Chuan" with the Northern version practiced and taught by Yang Jwing Ming. It was taught to me many moons ago by my Hsing-i teacher, but like you I haven't practiced it in ages. Interesting form nonetheless.
