Which one, the origanl or the remake? The original is a true classic.

Blood, cuts, fantastic (fantasy) fights and such (a little nudity). D is a bad dude! It is graphic, follows a story that isn't always detailed, and has a strong hero charcter. The hero's voice doesn't seem to fit his body in the American version...but whata you going to do?

I liked it. My friends liked it. I would recommend seeing it.

As Fantasy Anime goes it's pretty good. haven't seen the english dub version so I'm not sure how some of the mythology translates... Still prefer Akira,Monenoko & Wolf Brigade's naturalism... & the over the top Fist of the North Star.

but still... I'd prefer D over say... bubblegum crisis...

Now who's seen Supernatural Beast City AKA Wicked city???

I think Wicked City is okay but IMO it gets a bit boring at times...artwork is cool, though.

Vampire Hunter D is pretty good.

(Of course, my faves are Ninja Scroll, Princess Mononoke, Akira, etc...had to plug them!) :)
