I felt like he was representing thailand and going to prove that thai is the best. i thought he did a wonderful job of that. I don't think like donnie or jackie could do that stuff. Donnie would definitely look better at it, btu no way he would match jaa.

I'm still scratching my head over frank sinatra.
yeah, he's good. In fact he barely beat out master splinter to make this list.

jethro:
Of Cooks and Kung Fu has Chang Shan in only about a couple of fights, and IMO he is not as impressive as he is in Seven Steps of Kung Fu and Shaolin Vs. Lama. As for the Lo Rei ninja film(s) where he fights Chang Shan, I really can't remember the title(s). I saw them back in Taiwan, on video, back in the late 1980s. Only that Lo Rei's character got to beat the heck out of Chang Shan's character, which I thought sucked.
My favorite all-around scenes in Death-Duel of Kung Fu were the slow-mo shot of Wang Tao flying side-kicking Han Ying (or his double's) face full-force, and John Liu's second fight with the "imperial guards" and the interesting ways he uses those right-leg kicks.
I'll have to check out those Tan Tao-Liang films.
boxer's adventure is great. Not quite as hard hitting as 2 great cavaliers but a movie I consider almost on the same level as J. Chan's "The Young Master".
Eight escorts I thought was VERY good, a TON of fighting from the great li-li-li, but too much double work for her. But overall a final fight that I was pretty pleased with.
You have prbably seen "challenge of death", so check it out if you haven't, not exactly a great don wong performance but a WONDERFUL FILM!!!!!!!
EASILY my favorite part of death duel si the doubled scene But an awesome final fight, and super-duper awesome fights between liu and tao.
BTW-that kick by tao gave me a really good thrill, btu on second viewing it wasn't an impact cause it was the same as secret rivals. Good movie though.
Five fighters from shaolin-yer right, could have been better, but I am only speaking of the final fight, that was a great movie.
BTW-last 2 GREAT movies I have seen would be #1-Shaolin Intruders, #2-Dirty Ho.
And I will guess that I will be the first one on here to talk about my new future favorite movie-N and Dragons. (I don't think sanada is in this).
