I assume you're not just looking for names out of curiosity, in which case the answer depends partly on what you're looking for.
However, in my (admittedly limited) experience, the instruction I've received from Sifu Richard Chow of the National Fut Gar Kung Fu Training Centre has been excellent. Sifu Chow is the only disciple of Sigung Chen Rong En who is currently teaching.
A number of Sifu Chow's students (since I think the quality of the students are the best measure of a master) have done well at kung fu tournaments around Ontario.
Near Toronto (within 2 hours) there is also Pan Qingfu and Paul Chau. Pan Qingfu has some seriously hard hands and Paul Chau has trained some very successful boxers and jiu jitsu players. So, yeah, a big question remains why you are looking, you old korean tiger.

there's quite a lot of kungfu teachers available in toronto. the phone book has most of them, and those that require referals aren't really gonna take them unless it is a direct friend of a current or former student. everyone listed so far is in the phonebook though.
Kung Fu is good for you.
Sifu Augustin Ng is in Mississauga. He's known for his White Crane, although his club has Wing Chun and Northern Shaolin classes as well (I think he also hired a Tai Ji instructor recently.) Here's his link: http://www.allmasters.ca/
Sifu Sunny Tang is in the Toronto area too. He teaches Wing Chun.

Thanks for all the info! My film The Real Shaolin will have its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival, and the organizers and I are planning a large outdoor event at Yonge-Dundas square on Wednesday 9/10. We plan on having some awesome Kung Fu demos, so that's why I'm contacting these masters.
