Chuka SPM is a variation of Chu Gar SPM as taught by Sifu Sammy Wong.

Our base set is Sam Bo Gin which leads into Thei Mun Thum Sau.

We also have specific sets and training applications to develope these sets and skills within the system, like, Siu Liu Ma, Boon Bein Li,Tong Long Ma to name a few.

Sam Bo Gin incorporates our basic posture, mechanics, Don Tien applications as a solo trainer.

Thie Mun Thum Sau is our 2 Man Mantis form, this is trained in order to understand the the proper use of your posture(balance) and how to take your opponent off his, mechanics(what techniques to apply from balance and energy felt by your opponent), and Don Tien(when and how to use your air to manipulate power, techniques, and balance).
