    Shaolin Luihe Quan

My friend was in China for the last 4 months at Tagou Schhol in Deng Feng. He knows I study Mizong Yi and was given this VCD of Luihe Quan from Lui Haike himself who told him to give it to me. How this style is at all realted to Mizong YI---well not sure what to say about that however I I think this 2 man form is really cool and would be great to do with a partner as training drill. I posted the 4th section of it on Youtube- why the fourth? no reason really was just the one I happened to convert.

Tell me what you think. I was not to familiar with Luihe Quan prior to receiving the VCD.

there are a handful sets of two-person liuhequan, each emphasizing something different. there's a tantui one, a yaoshou one that are most common around shaolin, and then several others. all are pretty similar. i like them.
