    New CLF Bak Hsing Kwoon Vid

    A sample of what we've been up to as of late. This is the first video of many to come out of our new school.

    I'm also happy to announce that with the guidance of my Sigung & support of my brothers Master Curtis Taylor (who has been training me privately in fighting for the last two years) and Sifu Jay Smith I've formed the BHK Vancouver Sanshou Team.
    My Sisook Alex, myself & three of my students are now training together for sanshou and building the foundation for our future in the lower mainland.

    I have a feeling that I'v got a few shots coming myself, i know how hard you've been training I'm looking forward to brining you out soon to get your imput and advice on the sanshou training. Once i have 20 students in the sanshou class i'll pay your way out for a visit.

    Thanks to everyone else for the support, this school has taken four years of dedicated work & conscious intention to actualize. My plan is that it will be a center to promote our families fighting art and the CLFBHK system but also for like minds in TCMA to come together. I hope to have lots of visitors and training brothers over the years to come.
