Hung Sing Kwoon (Lau Bun Lineage) 5 Animal Form

This is just a little bit on the 5 Animal Form taught within our lineage.

I believe this performance was in Marysville, ca. and was performed by the late Bing Chan's student Master K. Wong. This form is typically performed much much slower as it is our internal form, so compared to the form, he is doing it a little faster.

Interesting stances, legwork and kicks. It's not a "nailed to the ground" type of form.

Is this the form that came from Yuen Hai's wife? If it is it isn't CLF correct, or this that a different form?

yeah. thats what was said.....this form was originally a northern Shaolin Internal 5 Animal form, but if you look, you will see Choy Lee Fut all over it. let me put it this way, it's CLF now.... and it has been performed by our CLF people for nearly 100 years.
