Donnie Yen seems to be able to change what he does to fit the role, as in Yip Man.
Jet Li always looks the same. Donnie Yen also seems to have more talent and versatility as an actor as well.

I like Donnie Yen better. I've also seen less of his work than Jet, but I think he just has a better screen presence and his MA can look way more real than Jet's too.
