    Where ever Catholicism happens to be strong you will find the behavior that doug maverick refers to. It is like that with Dominican women as well, for example, and for the same exact reason.

    I played against Brazilian, Jackie Silva (first women's bvb gold medalist) in a beach vb tourney back in the 80's...needless to say we got our butts kicked.
