I agree with Shaolinlueb. Let it go. Many people cross train. If you Enjoy Authentic Gong fu, then enjoy it
Like Shaolinlueb , I only train in Gong-fu and it is all I want to train in (at this time).
If that is all you wish to train in, then do just that. Who cares what others say on an internet forum
LMFAO @ "hardwork"
do you see him losing his mind, furiously banging on his keyboard
he knows I have the goods on him, if he really didn't think so he'd just ignore me, not carry on for hours in 12 different threads
along the way, he's proven to the entire board what an idiot he is
it's going to be sweet when we out him here
I stand next to David Ross when I want to appear 'more tan.'
David Ross stands next to me when he wants appear 'less folically challeneged.'
it's part of my "authentic kung fu"
you've heard of "golden bell cover"
I have "really shinny bell cover", I reflect light, you can't see, I kill you
Well put, LOL.
If you go back to the annals of TCMA you will find that the vast majority were cross trainers.
Fact is, when your life mattered, you would pick up would you could to save it, only when MA became about performance art did the cross training and cross fighting element get "left behind".
Sad thing is that there is nothing more traditional than cross training.

Praise be my Lord my Rock,
He trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle !
I'm still not as white as master killer though
