Toronto seminar May 2, 2009

I'll be doing a seminar on the Wooden Dummy and the WC weapons Sat. May 2, 2009 from 12pm-5pm. It doesn't matter what level a person is because even begginers can practice basic moves on a dummy. If any beginners show up they will be given special attention regarding WC basics. I'll also be showing how chi sao training can be transposed to fighting/sparring. Anyone is welcome regardless of lineage. We are a bunch of friendly guys who just love WC. So don't be shy. We might even do some sparring the last half hour.
