    The following are fantasy. no?

The Flow is relentless like a raging ocean with crashing waves devasting anything in its path.

    * Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless – like water. Now you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup, you put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle, you put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.” - Bruce lee

There is no REAL secrets in Wing Chun, but because the forms are conceptual you have to know how to decipher the information..That's the secret..

    frame:

Most discussion about the "frame" is how to connect your body structure. There is not enough discussion on how to disconnect it. A disconnected frame is very useful in "defense". Sometime you even need to disconnect yourself so your full powerful move won't affect your own balance.

And this is an irony right there, because some of the fundamental strengths and dare I say "mysteries", of kung fu are within the connecting of the structure methodologies.

Furthermore, different styles will have different ways and levels of connection, which will ultimately dictate the intensity of their power issuance.

Yet, it seems that every other thread here is more about BJJ and or modern MMA methodolgies then kung fu ones.

Philosophy without way to implement is a wish or a fantasy.

touch hands does not answer to the question.
