For 5 hours that is a lot, A LOT of material, how much time will you be spending on each topic?
I took a seminar on elbows in NY that lasted 3.5 hrs I think, and it only scratched the surface of four elbows...
    A unique snowflake

    What about Tall and Stocky?

On a serious note, when you say tactics against grapplers - Do you mean using wing chun principles on the ground (), never going to the ground (), or what?

Oh, oh, oh. We want to learn how to defend ourselves against pointed sticks, do we? Getting all high and mighty, eh? Fresh fruit not good enough for you eh? Well I'll tell you something my lad. When you're walking home tonight and some great homicidal maniac comes after you with a bunch of loganberries, don't come crying to me!

Look, look, look, Mr Knowall. The 16-ton weight is just _one way_ of dealing with a raspberry killer. There are millions of others!

seriously though, if you lit those elbows on fire, you'd have 4 elbows + fire arms.

much more dangerous than any raspberry, or even more so than a pointed stick.

whooshing fiery elbows would scare the crap out of most men.
