he wasn't convicted and legally he is innocent
but by his own admission on national TV had he kids sleeping in his bed with nothing but underwear
not to mention a bunch of other questionable stuff he's done, even with his own kids
he was creepy enough I'd keep my or anyone close to me's kids away from him
and to me, his musical genius will always take a back seat to that stuff

I never said the fellow didn't have problems and we all have issues and goodness knows MJ was a soul in turmoil. Let me put it this way if the media took your name and put it out there that you were a pedophile your own mother would disown you. Never mind your character, never mind your past deeds. Just because the thought is so socially repugnant. I knew the man, he was strange no doubt but I feel that he was a victim of media hype as opposed to being guilty of any real crimes. His biggest crime was being stupid enough to surround himself with opportunistic snakes and villains. I personally would not leave my children to spend the night alone with any adult male and if my child had an accusation of molestation said person wouldn't make it to trial end of story.

Actually, all the legal system can do is say you are NOT guilty, it does not demonstrate you are innocent. All a not-guilty verdict does is prove there was not enough evidence to convict you.
I got that straight from my own lawyer when I was accused of punching someone out in defense of my first wife!
