add on wingchun dummy

Do anyone know where to buy those plastic add on to the heavy bag which can make a wing chun dummy?

I use to saw them in the magazine ads. Dont know if they are still available.

Why don't you try to make that arms yourself . How hard can it be ? I made wooden dummy , swords ,and heavi bag by myself
