i was surprised the skater remained calm. he crept up on the kid and got his hand by the gun and the gang banger didnt do anything. then he let him have it. it was magical.

Was there a shot fired in the vid? Right before all the other guys ran up to the fight, there was a popping sound. Anybody know?

Awesome. Of course he's lucky he's probably untrained.

It was kind of funny watching skater 2 whack his own guy with the board.

Dam nit... it made sense when it was running through my head.

That was interesting.... I concur, "OUCH!" from the trucks, probably what stunned him.

I saw a little ground work there too by skater boy, fighting from the guard and getting a mount. Maybe just instinct.

What's most interesting to me is the dynamics of the engagement. The interaction between the two to start, the subservience of the skater, the distraction provided by the friend, the change of demeanour with the attack.

Unfortunately, it doesn't show the complete disarm, or what happened to the gun. Its a lot easier to double grab a weapon and suffer the attack when there's a mate coming in to sort the bad guy out.

It didn't look like Skater had a chance to avoid.
It looked like the gunman was whacked to start with.

    Tribes, sheesh.
