According to some historians I've hit up to look at the style, this stuff includes the 'old Shandong' style - before Muslim Long Fist was added to most 'Long Fist' styles.
I dunno, but it's great , material and Uncle comes from a time when they needed martial arts to survive rather than to 'feel special.'
Great stuff, no politics, no BS, just a day of great training with an old master...
