10 years ago, I learnt it in Hong Kong but gave up after the 1st two as I was young and very boring.
Not sure how good is My sifu's lor hon gung as he isn't a legit 7* Mantis teacher and Lee Kam Wing complained when my sifu published books about 7* Mantis.
