    chi sao loong

Here is some footage of cho family chi sao loong drills http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bduZko53bk0

looks like a combo of huen sao, gan sao, and poon sao chi sao platforms, which probably means that the origional wing chun systems probably had all 3 chi sao platform

    Your reasoning is unsound.

Wow. Wing Chun Sparring. No wonder people have their panties in a bunch about why WC doesn't work.

People call all kinds of things "sparring" from chi sao to play fighting and everything in between -- and they will tell you (in all seriousness), "we spar all the time, and what we do works!"

For me, these are examples of LIGHT sparring:

This is not the old Chi Sao Loong two men drill set passed down within Cho Family.

    At point blank,
I was told by the creator of this drill he used the name Chi Sao Loong for his creation to differentiate with Yip Man WCK's Chi sau.

The following consist a tiny section of the Cho family old Chi Sao Loong set start at the middle of the clip.
