    Thanks for posting the vid.

    I trained with Master Gao and his group from 1985 to 1988. I recognize several of my former elder classmates in the vid. The man with the glasses focused on at about 2:55, and again from around 11:25, Kuo Cheng-Ting, remained a good friend of mine until I left Taiwan in '93. His Chang Chuan was very good; even better by the time I met him in '85. He also excelled at free-sparring.

    The girl from around 8:05 is Liu Hao-Yi, who was a kung fu movie actress.
