Amateur and pro.

When I was connected with the University of Oklahoma, I had the privilege of seeing Danny Hodge
train and compete in wrestling and later on TV seeing him box amateur and pro.

Even after suffering a broken neck in a bad auto accident he is a fornidable person at 77 or so.
Ata national NCAA rwestling meet in Oklahoma City a couple of years ago he still squeezed an apple into apple sauce!!

Yeah, read the article too.

It's too bad MMA as we know it wasn't available in the U.S.A during his time. It seems he'd have been one hell of a competitor.
