    Qigong form for Hung gar

    Hi,

I'm practicising Hung gar kung fu 3 times a week and I combine some qigong every morning. I usually do the 8 brocades, but I'd like smt more into my stile.

Do you have any video or book to recommend me ?

    thx

do all your forms in slow motion with co-ordinated breathing... find the qigong by working for it.

8 Brocade is about the only qigong set you could learn without a teacher... Yang Jwingming has several DVD's and books on the 8 brocades. You can't go wrong with these.
