Does anybody recommend where I can buy some Praying Mantis Books? Furthermore, what do people think of Chao's Chinese Praying Mantis Boxing books, Yuen Man Kai's Northern Mantis Intercepting Boxing, and Paul Eng's stuff? Actually, what is Spear Hand anyway?
