    Chicago Related Question

I'm looking for a place to train in Baguazhang, in the Chicagoland area, and was hoping that this forum could lead me in the right direction.

    Thanks for any help.

Nice "hawks" gi's Jake. Congrats to the Blackhawks, now if we could just get the cubs and sox going in the right direction

I train baguazhang in Chicago. I can't say as I have an honest reference for any of the commercial schools or public teachers though. Maybe you could get decent mileage from some of them. Here's a couple to get you started.

    In Skokie:

There are a couple decent Tai Chi teachers around too, but mostly overpriced and overly esoteric. You might ask Andy Loria in Hyde Park. He used to post here a bit and has good credibility as far as tai chi.

Maybe if you were a bit more specific about what you're looking for and where. How far do you want to travel? What part of town are you living? What kind of bagua are you interested in or do any other styles interest you?

I might have a couple of other suggestions for you.
