Northern Staff Forms and Two Person Sets.

So I have a couple of queries. First off, if you had to pick one staff form to be an introductory staff set, what would it be and why?

Also, does anyone know of a staff form that can also become a two person set (in the way that San Cai Jian does where it folds on itself)? The only one i know of is Fire/Water from BSL, but I don't know alot so thats why i'm asking you fine gentlemen.

    Shaolin Eighteen Movement Stick

Shaolin 18 Movement staff folds in on itself like 'san cai jian'

I wrote an article along with pictures of all the movements here

    Shaolin Eighteen Movement Stick

The beginning of the article relates the opening move to Sun Wukong, the monkey king.

The end of the article has the pictures. This form is the introductory staff set we use.
I have not heard of Fire Water Staff. Is there any info on that?

    Yinshougun is my personal fav

We've discussed yinshougun on the Shaolin forum.

My first staff form was actually the 9 Province Eyebrow Height Staff from BSL, which is also good and also been discussed on the Shaolin forum.

Just a couple of examples. I just did a search on google, but I couldn't find anything on it. It was used in the opening sequence of the kung fu TV series.
