As a father of two daughters, I am thrilled with the strong female leads in this ( and in the original Avatar as well).
    Excellent work, especially you Kisu.

Great interview. Xbox Live has the first episode of Korra available free until the 14th. I watched it last night in stunning 1080p HD. Beautiful show.

I've seen more video of the fights and bending from season 2 than I have from the first season, in fact the fans have seen more of season one than I have so I'm very excited.
The premier party is this weekend at NIck so i hope we'll see the first three or four.
    Hope.

I love that pro-bending is like MMA mixed with Water Lei Tai...

It's Korra week here at KungFuMagazine.com

On top of our Kisu interview, we're also running sweepstakes for AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER – THE PROMISE PART 1 Autographed by Gene Luen Yang - the new graphic novel series that covers the period between the end of the last series and this new one.

The first two episodes were sneaked on KorraNation.com on March 24 (see earlier on this thread) but that link is now rerouted to the Legend of Korra facebook page.

The Legend Of Korra Premiere at Nickelodeon

I was the guest of Korra choreographer and my dear kung fu cousin, Sifu Kisu. The first three episodes were premiered. It was fun.

L-R: Me, Bryan Konietzko, Kisu, Michael Dante DiMartino

Kisu with David Faustino. Faustino is voicing Mako, but you'll probably remember him as Bud Bundy from Married with Children.

Me and Kisu on the red carpet.

Karate Kid or Bak Sil Lum #7?

There are more pics on our facebook album.

Thanks Kisu! It was a blast!

I watched the first episode as available through xbox live. I thought it was great, and kept the same spirit as the first series. I was stoked to see master katara. I cant wait to see more!!!

It really comes together in episode 3

That's where you first meet the villain, face-to-mask.
