Can someone tell me some bone breaking moves that i can use for defense?

Some bone breaking moves... Hmmmm... Well it would be hard to show you them, but I could describe them... Any hard strikes to the joints such as kick to the side of the knee or a strike to the a straightened elbow joint... These are more moves on how to dislocate bones. I don't know if this is what you wanted, but just thought I'd chip in my two cents.
