Ip Man Movie : Which exact Ip Man lineage?

    Hi everyone,

Wow! A lot of bickering in this forum between different WC clans, and within the same clans; that's sad.

    Anyhoo...

I know the movie's been out for a while, but which exact lineage of WC under Ip Man was shown?

(As most of us know, there are many different students of Ip Man and they all have their distinct way of expressing their wing chun)

Who did Sammo Hung (the directory) consult with for this movie?

    P.S.

Best darn kung fu movie I have seen to date.

Its great the first time. Downhill from there.

The bickering is usually due to certain people taking cheap shots at other people Sifu's. Even though their own sifu is generations behind.

well in his previous wing chun films, prodigal son and warriors two...sammo was learning wing chun from leung ting. so i think he just relied on that.
