that form is a version of sanchin my bro. taught me. he is a 4thdegree in traditional okinawan shuri karate.
this is one of the ones i do. i also do a "snake breathing/tension" form for my iron body/shirt training.
as you know ,all true okinawan karate originated from kung fu,so any of the real stuff will look very similar if not exact to certain styles of kung fu.
i would like to see your snake tension form. could you film yourself and put it on you tube?? if you dont want it public you can set it so only certain people you choose can see it.

Brother, I was over 300 at the beginning of the year and now Im down to 265-270 depending on what I eat and drink.
