A brief glimpse of one of the basic wooden man sets I was shown so many years ago at Jun Mo. We call this 'Mui Faa Jong' or Plum Flower fundamentals and it is used as a pre-cursor to any further wooden man forms.

The salutation at the beginning and end was created as an ID signature for The Yum Yeurng Academy.

Kind of defeats the purpose to tell everyone about a video and then not allowing everyone to see the video
