Presenting Grand Master Garrett Gee (朱競雄师傅)

This workshop will include GM Gee's lectures detailing the techniques, theories & concepts of "Biu Jong" along with exhibitions and live training. Biu Jong, the initial engagement with an opponent is often considered the most difficult part of battle. How to recognize time distortion and incorrect structure upon engagement will be detailed with the logic of time, space and energy. HFY Sup Ming Dim Siu Lien Tau is based on the concept of time, space & energy using footwork strategy. This HFY formula provides a deeper understanding of time and space in real combat. (based on the HFY 5 petal energies ying, lau, chung, sat, fa).
