    Angry Monkey Hand forms

    I am going to be releasing the hand forms to DVD as well as the weapons. This is a brief overview of some of the form movements and applications:

    on a side note my student was note trying to overact some of the applications... he was actually scared I was going to hit him in groin. It was kinda funny !

    I tried to watch it but the goverment found another way to control the minds of people here in shenzhen, and got some new youtube block going. I liked your article in last months issue though. I wrote the Shuai Jiao MMA connection article in that same issue.

    Angry Monkey hand forms release to DVD

    The first weapon is out already, Plum Flower Fan. You can buy it here:

    The next to come out will be "9 Continents Staff". Then the first hand form which will be "Angry Monkey Exits the Cave".
