could you add a link to the book?

    Who wrote it?

    Who publishes it?

    What style(s) does it represent?
Mouth Boxers have not the testicular nor the spinal fortitude to be known.
Hence they hide rather than be known as adults.

I found some exercises translated in one of Eva Wong's book on Taoism. It is part of the Daozang jinghua and I see that most of techniques, exercises, breathing, postures are included as well as baduanjng and the 5 animals patterns.

As soon as I find more information I will post it.

    Thanks
