Whatever style it is is good as long as lots of pad work, conditioning, and resistance training, etc is incorporated. Choy li fat seems like it has too many forms.

MP, whether that bone head is you or not. What you don't seem to understand is that CLF likes to fight. We understand that pad work is essential, resistant opponents is essential. sparring is essential. Drilling is essential. As a stand up system, CLF can definitely hold its own.
But, you are right about one thing. TODAY, choy lee fut DOES have way too many forms. It's not a good thing to have hundreds of forms with almost everyone of them having replicated sections of techniques found throughout all of them.

I just want to state for the record that Hskwarrior said I was right about everything I have ever said. Atleast that was how I interpreted it.
I have seen clf fighting clips and believe it is more viable of a stand up system than those spinny hand bridging arts.
No bickering today. It is Saturday the day I go to the temple to drink wine and get trashed. Save the bickering for during the week when I am at work and have nothing better to do. I got nothing against you personally. I like to bring up crappy Kung fu training and what I see sometimes as fraud. When you and lkmdc started going at it in the other thread I got the fuk out of dodge. I could have rode that wagon and rallied with him against you but chose the better path and peaced out.
