As I implied in my initial post and heading, things are not that clear on the video. So, I am not sure what really happened either, but having seen and felt Mantis short power, I have no doubt that it exists, and that you don't get it by pumping iron, nor running around with your tai chi ball (Bawang).
Anyway, thank you for your honest and sometimes "insightful" contributions...

well, at least that video clears a lot of things up about... well, how crappy security cams are for one thing and it raises another question and that is: why are security cams called security cams when they consistently show NOTHING!!!
