Did the entire KFO just go into meltdown?

This is too weird, overnight the quality of the posts has totally hit the trash heap.

Time for a vacation, hey Robin, Jim Lin wait up.

Adventure is just a romantic name for trouble. It sounds swell when you write about it, but it's hell when you meet it face to face in a dark and lonely place.

    rogue,

I'm still here. I posted something on that Taekwondo vs Wing Chun thread, in response to your post.

Lately, I've been mostly posting on the Health and Northern Mantis threads.

I'm ignoring the TKD bashing going on in the main kung fu forum. Just 8stepsifu being his idiot self.

8stepsifu's not that bad. He's been posting some dumb stuff lately, but he's usually all right.

Hey, I didn't read the whole TKD vs. wing chun thread (cause it was so **** long) but do you train leg kicks in TKD? Kicks to the other guy's leg, I mean, thai-style. I know they're not allowed in competition, but do you train them anyway?

    Nemo,

In the forms, yes, there are leg kicks. And schools that do self-defense sparring (that is, using what they do in forms), then yes, leg kicks are practiced and trained.

Sport sparring--a different discipline--only kicks to the chest/abs and head.
