Has anybody on the KFO forum trained with Joe Lewis Fighting techniques?

I have been an adovate of Joe's system of fighting and self defense since the early 70's.

In fact, I teach his theory/system in my school. The nice thing about it is Joe's system is very compatable to all MA's. You don't have to give up your present system, Joe's theories make you understand the primal nature of the MA's.

Under his system you learn efficiency of motion. You learn to do your very best without fear of failure.

Joe Lewis is fighting legend. Checkout the mags etc on history. Better yet, get a hold of the Joe Lewis book by Dr. Beasley. Start there oh yeah the magazine would be Black Belt from 1971 to present.
