Yes only Ba Duan Jin.
But issent it enough? Why learning 100 forms?
If you know a few forms but you know them all 100% and the implementation is 100% then it schould be ok no?
1 problem for me is, you need the book and the video.
Together they are really wonderfull, for people who are interested in qi qong.
In my opinion if you learn shaolin arts you have to practice it all to understand it.
No, that's not enough. Ba Duan Jin has its own specific purpose and other Qigongs have their own.
Ba Duan Jin is pretty simplistic, great for beginners, but I've learned some very amazing qigong that does so much more for enhancing health and with much greater results.
Shaolin has many very efficient and effective qigong routines that I absolutely love to do.
One of them even saved my life, I'd be dead right now if I hadn't practiced the Rou Gong - Chan Yuan Qigong.

Rou Quan is different from Rou Gong, Rou Quan is a martial art routine while Rou Gong is a healing art (though there is Rou Gong embedded within the Rou Quan, just like there is qigong embedded within the martial art of Taiji Quan).
I have Yan's Rou Quan DVD, looks interesting. I have never seen this set anywhere else though. I'd be very interested in learning about the history of the set that he teaches. Did he develop it himself? If not, under what tradition or lineage is it from out of Shaolin?
