    I did a 10 man and a 30 man.
100 is a number that is really hard to fathom, LOL !

The day after sucks, but the day after the day after is pure and unadulterated hell.

I don't know of anyone that was NOT hurt doing any multi-man kumite in kyokushin.
I got a couple of cracked ribs, broken finger, dislocated toe, split lip and busted nose in my 30 man kumite.
I think that is when I received my epithany that pain is NOT something I am into.
