Ehsan Shafiq, Shaolin Kung Fu Master as well as UK & European Martial Arts Champion.

Orginally from Afghanstan. He have started learning Shaolin Kung Fu from his elder brother Grand Master Wahidullah Shafiq when he was age 7.

He has been studying and teaching Kung Fu for the past 23 years and have participated in many Martial Arts National and International Championships.

He is the proud winner of 93 out of 99 fights in all different styles of Martial Arts, such as Kung Fu, Karate, Teakwood, Kick boxing, Sanshou and more. I am five times UK and one time European Champion.

I learned mine as a boy from Jack Lalanne and it took a hot couple of minutes to do them correctly (I was schooled by nuns, gym was a free for all with no structure). It's a calisthenic exercise, but those dudes seem to be ... well challenged in the motor skills. To a ridiculous level which makes me question why on earth we are at war with this country for 3 years longer than it took to defeat hitler, mussolini and hirohito combined!

Check out the Vietnam war.

The longer a war lasts the more weapons are sold to the US military, making billions of dolars for the few main share holders of those companies.

Also, the US government will borrow money from private banking cartels whose main share holders most probably have interests in the arms companies who are selling the weapons, and belong to the same cabals, in the first place.

Of course, when in doubt, the US government will make the sheep, whoops sorry, the tax payers foot some of the bill, sooner or later, and of course that money will also end up in the pockets of the private banking cartels, or more accurately, their owners.

What about the hundreds of thousands of dead, maimed and traumatised people, you ask. Well, the answer is that the billionaire bankers have never cared, and neither have their selected leaders and Presidents (read, political prostitutes and psychopaths).

By the way, a longer war will also re-enforce of the fantasy known as the "War on Terrorism/Terrorist Threat", used to manipulate the masses into giving away whatever little freedoms they have left.

For similar fantasies, also look at, "The War on Drugs" and "The Global Warming Threat", which are instigated by corrupt (including drug dealing politicians and Presidents) and criminal governments in the US and Europe, who are following a New World Agenda, that has nothing to do with a "peaceful and a united world"!!!.
