    Finished pics of my gym

    Hey Guys,

I said I would post a few more pics when my gym was completed. It's finally done, had my first workout in it the other day and took a few pics, thought I would share.

    Awesome set up man!

Are you thinking about putting in any strength training gear (like bands or kettlebells)?

Definetly going to invest in some kettlebells in the near future. Also am going to buy a throwing/grappling dummy as well. The gym is not huge, I have 504 sq ft of matted space, so I really don't have room for a whole lot more. I still work out at my local gym 3 days a week lifting and doing strength training, than hit my own gym 3 days a week for Kung Fu. Should work out nice.

LOL, yeah, had to hang it that way. No Kung Fu school is complete with a poster of Bruce!

It might be the angle, but it looks like the two red bags are too close to each other...

    Ronin,

It's a little tight but each person can still work around each bag pretty comfortably. Like I said, the matted area is 504 sq ft. which include the area where the bags and double end ball are, so I had to leave some space for basics and sparring area. For those of you on Facebook, I started a page, White Dragon Combat Gym, if anyone wants to check out more pics.

That's what I thought Sanjuro was referring to when he said the two red bags...

Ronin's "bag" wit is strong, it flew right over my head too.
