I like that the movie seems to have a lot of real CLF but overall the story looks a bit lame. Personally I would have preferred more of a period CLF piece. I have never been much for modern KF movies with the exception of SPL with Donnie & Sammo.

this movie looks like a disaster...lame script
acting wise Yuen Wah is great, and the rest of them is.....no comment.
the fight sequences look like a CLF 2 man form....
the CGI dueling of Sammo Hung and Yuen Wah.....what the fk?
And finally 'Ip Man' doing CLF with a Karate guy...double what the fk?

    Just a small comment.

Empty handed WCK Baat Jaam Dao (Double Knives) looks like CLF in a way...

looks dope.... wish i could understand a word of it...

i like how he went up against all the diff styles in practice...

i always love watching old fat chinese men that can move like cats... you look at the guy and you think power and stregth and then they move in a blur and youre like WTF... i love that... pleasant suprises are great...

what are the best sammo hung movies???

Jackie Chan used to do lots of Choi in his movies,.... plus (now that he's a bit older now,) he usually gets beat up by Choi dudes. Hell his 'Wong Fei-hung' fought/was friends with "Chan Heung" in Drunken Master 2.

It is bias to think that the art of war is just for killing people. It is not to kill people, it is to kill evil. It is a strategem to give life to many people by killing the evil of one person.

Sifu Wong from Brooklyn by way of Xin Hui was the kung fu trainer for this movie.

The story looks like any other, kinda silly and bad filler between kung fu scenes. But the CLF is good!
